Reservations are open for NoMad Singapore ahead of the hotel's late-2026 debut, which will mark the brand's first property in Asia Pacific.

The Singapore debut is an early proof point for NoMad's life under Hilton, which acquired a majority controlling interest in Sydell Group in April 2024 to grow the brand beyond its London flagship — a deal that marked Hilton's entry into the luxury lifestyle segment. Under the arrangement, Sydell handles the brand's design, branding, and management while Hilton leads development, and NoMad is folded into Hilton's commercial platforms, including Hilton Honors. The ambitions are hardly modest: Hilton has projected as many as 100 NoMad properties worldwide over time.

The 173-room hotel takes over the former Faber House on Orchard Road, where Singapore architecture firm WOHA is transforming the building with a cascading 14-story waterfall and a planted vertical façade. Inside, Los Angeles-based Kevin Klein Design draws on NoMad's New York roots and European aesthetic, layered with Art Deco influences and Singapore's Peranakan heritage.

The arrival sequence begins on the fifth floor, where an open-air reception leads to Lù bar and a greenery-wrapped terrace and pool overlooking Orchard Road. Spread across 12 floors, the accommodations include 25 suites, finished in rich marble, burlwood, custom wool rugs, and paravent screens. The 71 Atelier rooms measure 32 square meters (roughly 344 square feet) with living areas and bathtubs, while the 42-square-meter (452-square-foot) Parlour Suites and 43-square-meter (463-square-foot) NoMad Suites add larger living spaces and double vanities.

Dining spans three concepts: NoMad Grill centers on dry-aged meats cooked over a wood fire, alongside a raw bar and a martinis-and-oysters program at the bar. Next door, The Tropicana Club handles cocktails, and Sticky Fingers will serve house-made gourmet soft-serve sundaes the brand bills as a touch of “adult decadence.”

Art anchors the property's sense of place: more than 1,860 works will hang throughout the hotel, 90% of them created by Singapore-based artists.

“Building on its signature culturally influenced approach to luxury hospitality, NoMad’s first hotel in Asia brings diverse elements into thoughtful dialogue: natural and urban environments, heritage and modernity, and the colloquial and cosmopolitan,” said Kristen Millar, chief brand officer at NoMad.
