Dom Pérignon has announced a new experience that includes gastronomy and fine wine. In a full takeover of a private estate in the Hamptons, Dom Pérignon will launch an immersive adventure with an exclusive bookable experience each evening from July 19 to 21, 2024. The event will unveil the latest vintages, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 and Vintage 2006 Plénitude 2, alongside the culinary creations of Chef Francis Mallmann, to explore "the harmonious nature of the champagne."
Upon arrival at the 21-acre estate, guests will first embark on the Dom Pérignon solo tasting journey. After experiencing the singularity of the new vintages, Dom Pérignon and Chef Mallmann will provide a gastronomic experience. The Argentinian chef, known for his seven-fire cooking technique, has created a menu that mirrors the contrasting profiles of the vintages.
The gastronomic journey will commence with the Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015. As guests delve deeper into Chef Mallmann’s menu, they will transition to the Vintage 2006 Plénitude 2. Each course will uncover the esthetic and values of the two vintages, while accentuating the champagne’s multi-dimensional qualities.
Guests can reserve this experience by submitting an inquiry for the events scheduled on Friday, July 19; Saturday, July 20; and Sunday, July 21. Availability is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Each dinner spot for this gastronomic journey is priced at $4,000 per person.
Following this inaugural event, more Dom Pérignon experiences will be available at select accounts in New York City, Chicago and Washington D.C. Chefs around the country will create dishes to complement the vintages.
