Aman has announced the official name of its first luxury motor yacht as Amangati. Following the announcement of Aman at Sea in 2021, the vessel is currently under construction by T. Mariotti S.p.A in Genoa, Italy, and scheduled for launch in 2027. This is a key milestone for the vessel following the keel laying ceremony in July last year.
Amangati has been designed by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design. The luxury motor yacht will offer a floating sanctuary for those seeking signature Aman experiences at sea. Featuring just 47 spacious luxury suites, among the largest for a vessel of its 600 feet, each will feature its own private balcony. Amangati will be home to an array of best-in-class facilities including four international dining concepts, a Jazz Club, an Aman Spa complete with a Japanese garden, plus an expansive Beach Club offering guests direct access to the water at the stern of the yacht.
Designed to be powered by a suite of green technologies, such as utilizing battery power to provide a more sustainable way of travel, this commitment to reducing the environmental footprint underscores Aman’s dedication to caring for the land and seascapes it calls home.
The yacht will launch from the Mediterranean during the 2027 summer season and will also be available for private charter, providing guests the opportunity to explore a range of destinations around the world. Further information regarding itineraries and reservations will be announced in due course.
