Crystal has announced the launch of its new Crystal Partner Advisory Council (CPAC), a group of 13 luxury global travel partners. Led by Carmen Roig, Crystal’s senior vice president of marketing and sales, the council will meet regarding travel partner programs and advancements, future new builds, and client demand for specific luxury experiences, Crystal said.
In addition to ongoing dialogue, the CPAC will participate in quarterly meetings reviewing Crystal’s Strategic Plan, lending insight into the market shifts, and client feedback they receive.
For the inaugural advisory council, which is a two-year term, Crystal has tapped: Oded Battat of Traveland; Leah Bergner of Coastline Travel; David Brandon of Savenio; Deborah Deming of Frosch Travel; Michelle Fee of Cruise Planners; Susan Gannon of Ensemble Travel; Jason Jenkins of Cruise Vacations Inc.; Edwina Lonsdale of Mundy Cruising; Eric Maryanov of All-Travel.com; Craig Pavlus of Pavlus Travel; Gary Pollard of Ambassador Tours; Mary Jean Tully of Tully Luxury Travel; and Ruth Turpin of Cruises Etc.
The CPAC’s first meeting will take place in Los Angeles in July.
Crystal made the announcement at its annual Crystal Trade Gala for top producing travel agents. The gala took place on a Caribbean cruise onboard the Crystal Symphony. Seventy-four partners from 14 countries qualified for the event by posting at least $1 million in revenue during 2017. At the event, attendees had the chance to hear from top Crystal executives about the luxury brand’s plans for the future and new trade tools and programs.
