Four Seasons Yachts has shared details of the food and beverage experiences onboard Four Seasons I, which is slated to set sail in January 2026. The vessel will house 11 restaurant and bar concepts ranging from omakase and Mediterranean specialties to creative cocktail menus and more.
Restaurants
- Sedna – This restaurant will be home to rotating master chefs-in-residence, with a calendar os culinary talents from Four Seasons restaurants across the globe. A private dining room, with seating up to 10, is available to guests to host events.
- Terrasse – Offering Mediterranean cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner, this indoor-outdoor venue will have an open kitchen and live culinary stations.
- Miuna – An omakase experience for just 16 guests per seating, Miuna offers meticulously crafted dishes enhanced by signature beverage pairings.
- Pistachio – Perched adjacent to the lobby, this café caters to those seeking a light breakfast or a sweet treat. Guests can enjoy coffee, tea, croissants, gelatos and more.

Bars and Lounges
- Salon – Envisioned as the “living room” for Four Seasons l, the Salon offers all-day service from à la carte breakfast and afternoon tea to an evening glass of wine and curated bottled cocktails.
- Bar Piscine – This poolside retreat is meant to be enjoyed throughout the day and early evening. Guests can choose from an extensive menu of Mediterranean-inspired bites complemented by a range of beverages.
- Champagne & Caviar – This intimate adults-only terrace bar is located adjacent to Sedna and will serve up a global selection of rare caviar and Balik salmon with an assortment of accoutrements in an elegant setting overlooking the pool deck. Complementing the caviar selection is a menu of champagnes and a selection of wines from around the globe.

Additional bars and lounges include:
- Marina Bar – This open-air bar is a welcoming spot for outdoor enjoyment when the yacht is anchored at various locales, complete with sun loungers, dining tables and light fare. Guests can also enjoy cocktails and bottle service on fold-out platforms in the evenings.
- Horizon Lounge – Open midday throughout the evening, this Moroccan-inspired, adults-only retreat has a plunge pool at its heart and serves signature Levantine dishes complemented by cocktails.
- Bar O – This venue offers rare vintage liquors and tableside mixology in a setting reminiscent of 1960s jet-set Europe.
- Cigar Lounge – This boutique-style lounge with Arabic-inspired décor offers cigars, rare spirits and a unique Premier Cru chocolate pairing experience.
Complimentary breakfast is served daily, while all other dining and beverage experiences will be offered à la carte. Children’s menus are also offered (guests aged five and under dine complimentary). Guests can also enjoy in-suite dining 24 hours a day.
