The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, the new luxury cruise brand from Ritz-Carlton, has announced the culinary offerings that will be available aboard the Evrima, which will be the name of the first of its three yachts.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offering a menu of locally inspired creations, The Evrima Room will be the yacht’s main restaurant. Within The Evrima Room, groups of up to 10 guests can reserve Dining Privée, a private space for a fully customized lunch or dinner.
Mistral, open for lunch and dinner, will serve up fresh seafood and steaks in an outdoor setting with views of the sea and the yacht’s ports of call.
Talaat Nam, meaning “water market” or “floating market” in Thai, will offer guests creative small plate interpretations of Southeast Asian cuisine against a contemporary backdrop, also while offering ocean views.
Delivering an intimate dining experience designed by Chef Sven Elverfeld of the three Michelin-starred Aqua at The Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg, S.E.A. will seat just 28 guests and present a five-course meal paired alongside fine wines and champagne.
A casual eatery open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, The Pool House will boast a variety of cuisines prepared à la minute for guests to enjoy at their leisure.
The Living Room will be home to freshly roasted coffee and baked pastries, which guests can enjoy at the espresso bar, as well as a contemporary twist on the classic afternoon tea tradition.
Open when the yacht is anchored, The Marina Terrace will serve a menu of handcrafted cocktails and light bites to enjoy at the water’s edge.
An intimate cocktail lounge serving top labels from around the world, The Bar welcomes guests to kick off their evening with a cocktail, toast a special event or relax with an after-dinner nightcap.
Guests can also order In-Suite Dining from the all-day menu, featuring influences from every dining venue onboard, or the late-night menu.
The Evrima is scheduled to launch June 13, 2020, setting out on its inaugural voyage the next day. During its first year, the ship will operate itineraries of mostly seven to 10 nights in the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, the Caribbean, Latin America, Canada and New England. Guests can also book back-to-back voyages for a longer experience without repeating ports. Each of Ritz-Carlton’s yachts will have a capacity of 298 guests in 149 suites, each with its own private terrace.
