Guests dine on grilled wild Alaska salmon, join a certified yoga instructor for a session surrounded by the blue-hued glacier and take a guided interpretive nature walk.

Travelers visit the historic Le Monastère des Augustines where they can participate in an interactive conference on medicinal herbs and teas and attend a concert with commentary from the Augustinian choir. Other sights in this outing include Dufferin Terrace where Samuel de Champlain built his fort in 1620, the St. Lawrence River and the Château Frontenac Hotel.
