Silversea Offering Charter Flights to the Galapagos Islands

Silversea is elevating the way guests experience the Galápagos Islands. Starting July 5, 2025, guests traveling to the Galápagos with Silversea will experience an enhanced journey to and from the archipelago, eliminating a layover in Guayaquil, and reducing travel time to two hours. Pre- and post-cruise enhancements will give guests more opportunities to explore both Quito and the Galápagos.

Now, guests will enjoy a more seamless connection to the Galápagos with new charter flights between Quito, Ecuador and San Cristóbal Island in the Galápagos, exclusively reserved for guests sailing on board Silver Origin. The new charter flights feature private check-in services, and once on board, guests will enjoy upgraded amenities, including an upgraded in-flight meal service featuring alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, blocked middle seats, and increased passenger space for a more comfortable flight.

Silver Origin features 50 all-suite accommodations with butler service in every suite. Purpose built to sail this unique archipelago, the ship offers year-round 7-to-14-night expeditions in the Galápagos, designed to immerse guests in this unique ecosystem.

With top expedition leaders, exceptional crew-to-guest ratios, and personalized service, guests will gain a deeper look at the islands. On board, the expedition team is composed of Silversea expedition leaders and Certified Naturalist Guides, officially accredited and licensed by the Galápagos National Park.
