WildAid, a nonprofit organization, partnered with Angermeyer Cruises and Andanado Tours to further protect the Galapagos marine environment with the creation of the Galapagos Conservation Fund and the relaunch of its 159-foot luxury yacht, now officially named WildAid's Passion.
WildAid will make a $100 donation to the conservation fund for every passenger booked on the yacht. Angermeyer Cruises will also donate all proceeds from a one week charter to the fund annually; and for all bookings made via wildaid@andanotours.com, 22.5 percent will go directly to WildAid's programs in the Galapagos.
Rates for the recommended eight-day journey (east or west) start at $5980 per person based on double occupancy and are inclusive of all meals on board, snorkel gear and programmed visits to the islands with certified naturalist guides. Full charters are also available with rates ranging from $77,800 to $97,800.
