A yoga and meditation instructor, as well as an executive coach, will each lead a new wellness program at Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort, Fiji later this year. Alley Ramon will be giving wellness lectures along with twice daily yoga lessons from August 27 to 31. Laura Delizonna, also a keynote speaker and author, will be providing inspirational group sessions and coaching from October 22 to 27.
Ramon’s program will apply lessons learned from clinical studies, fieldwork and a decade’s experience of teaching yoga, meditation, mindfulness and counseling skills. Her yoga classes focus on breath work, alignment and using Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Pranayama practices. Delizonna’s program will focus on making a vacation into a transforming experience. She will lead group sessions, coaching and mindfulness training.
Both programs allow up to two children to stay free and use the environmental educational programs the resort offers. Those who pay for Ramon’s program will receive three therapeutic Fijian spa treatments, plus the choice of three scuba dives or one Discover Scuba PADA intro course. Delizonna’s program comes with either the spa treatments, the scuba dives or the one scuba course.
Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort, Fiji offers opportunities for underwater exploration, rainforest adventures and cultural experiences. The island resort has a roster of already existing wellness programs in addition to the two Ramon and Delizonna will offer.
