St. Barth Properties is adding the six-bedroom Villa Wake Up in Flamands to its portfolio. To start, the main floor has a living room, dining room and kitchen that opens to the heated infinity pool and guest baths. The villa also has a home movie theater and office. Here's what else travelers can expect at the new property:
The villa’s lower level has a gym, a full bath, hammam, sauna and private massage room. In-villa massages and personal training can be arranged through St. Barth Properties’ concierge. A professional kitchen also includes a dumbwaiter to bring food up to the main level. Private chef services are included in the reservation.
Audio-visual technology, such as a Sonos sound system, and U.S. and French satellite service and Apple TV, are included with the property. Russian satellite service is available in the living room and master bedroom. The villa’s courtyard includes a retractable screen for al fresco movie nights.
The villa has a security system with a ten-day power and utility backup. All systems are controllable by wireless tablet interface from within the property and remotely.
Note: All six bedrooms have king beds and en-suite baths—some of which have bathtubs. On the upper level, there are two guest bedrooms, plus the master suite, which has a living area, terrace and his-and-her baths. The main level has one guestroom and on the lower level, the remaining two bedrooms have direct beach access.
Villa Wake Up is now accepting bookings for travel dates beginning October 21; pricing starts at $85,070 per week during the low season and $150,000 per week during the high season.
