ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea in Spain Now Accepting Reservations

ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea in Spain is accepting reservations ahead of its opening on January 7, 2025. Backed by an expert multidisciplinary team, the health and wellness facility is inviting guests to discover its health programs, therapies and more.

ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea spans over 430,556 square feet (about 10 acres). The medical wellness facility offers a range of modern treatments, ancient therapies and practices related to physical and mental health such as yoga and Pilates alongside healthy and sustainable nutrition. Equipped with advanced medical technology in each of its 32 practices and professionals from 25 specialties, the medical wellness facility offers a range of holistic programs tailored to suit guests’ individual needs.

The ZEM Clinic is connected to the ZEM Hotel, which has 95 suites. Guests will also have access to gardens, pools, restaurant, lounge and more. Both buildings are joined by ZEMness, a 43,055-square-foot area devoted to the spa and fitness center. The space includes 44 treatment cabins, relaxation areas, indoor pools, a beauty salon and more.

The six integrative health programs available at ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea cover two fundamental areas of prevention: Longevity, which aims to create the conditions for a longer and fuller life, and Balance & Vitality, for weight control and body cleansing, as well as stress management and the restoration of one’s balance. In addition, each program can be combined with specific complementary treatments that focus on six specific areas, which are termed “Boosts.”

Each of ZEM’s programs is accompanied by a personalized food plan based on Mediterranean diet principles. All menus are prepared using local organic ingredients grown on Finca Althaya, the on-site sustainable farm.
