Adler Resort Dolomiti is set to debut a full moon hiking excursion on June 18, July 16, August 16 and September 13. The resort will offer the hiking experience, which will bring guests up into the mountains to take in the views. Led by expert hiking guide Thaddäus Moroder, guests will leave from the hotel and head into the mountainside; they will even pop into a mountain hut for a snack mid-hike. From their vantage point, they will be able to take in the white Dolomite rockface as its illuminated by the full moon.
Moroder leads at least two full-moon excursions each year as part of the hotel’s hiking program. Born and raised in the area, he is familiar with the trails and has many stories and anecdotes about the wilderness, which are a listed UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Adler Spa Resort Dolomiti, adjacent to its sister hotel, Adler Spa Resort Balance, is located in northeastern Italy’s Dolomites mountain range. The 114-room hotel overlooks the mountains, with architecture that is integrated into the alpine setting. The property is known for its Water World area, which has more than 30,000 square feet of hot and cold pools, baths, saunas and relaxation areas, all set within Adler Park. Additional Adler properties include Adler Lodge Alpe, also in the Dolomites, and Adler Spa Resort Thermae, which is located in Bagno Vignmomi, Tuscany. A new hotel, Adler Lodge Ritten, will also be opening in Lichtenstern in summer 2019.
