Adriatic Luxury Hotels (ALH) has unveiled Supetar Residence, a standalone five-bedroom villa nestled within Cavtat’s historic center in Croatia. The villa is housed in a historical Dalmatian estate originally built in 1880 and stands adjacent to ALH property, Hotel Supetar.
Supetar Residence is located steps from the waterfront promenade and 30 minutes south of Dubrovnik's Old Town. The villa has been carefully renovated to preserve its original architecture and historical charm, while seamlessly integrating modern luxury and comfort. Guests of Supetar Residence will have full access to the amenities of the adjacent ALH property, Hotel Supetar. Opened in Summer 2022, Hotel Supetar is a boutique property featuring a restaurant and wine bar, outdoor pool and terrace.
Supetar Residence features five individually designed bedrooms, a central living room, intimate dining area, fitness room, sauna, two wellness treatment rooms, and a terrace with a bar, bartender service and lounge overlooking the Cavtat promenade. Guests enjoy daily housekeeping, turndown service and luxury bath and body amenities.
Good to know: Sustainability is at the heart of Supetar Residence, with eco-friendly initiatives such as water conservation practices, waste reduction through the elimination of single-use plastics, and responsible horticulture that prioritizes native species and water-efficient gardening techniques.
The concierge team at Supetar Residence can arrange tailor-made experiences such as scuba diving, yacht charters, private sailing tours around the Elaphiti Islands, horseback riding and more. Guests can explore the historic Church of St. Nicholas, stroll along the marina lined with bars and restaurants or relax at nearby beaches including Rat Beach. The villa also offers convenient access to Dubrovnik, making it ideal for day trips to explore the walled city and its cultural sites.
Surrounded by sea views and Mediterranean gardens, Supetar Residence is also a great setting for destination weddings. Couples can celebrate in style with an exclusive buyout of the property. The Garden Terrace & Bar at Supetar Residence is perfect for a celebratory champagne toast, while the Mediterranean restaurant and Wine Bar at Hotel Supetar next door offer personalized menus served al fresco on an open terrace overlooking the Cavtat Bay. Newlyweds will receive keepsakes including locally crafted earrings inspired by a second-century set discovered during the 2022 refurbishment of Hotel Supetar and a traditional Croatian tie (kravata) reminiscent of the 17th-century uniforms worn by Croatian mercenaries.
