Amangani to Close April 7 for Extensive Renovations

Almost three decades since it first opened in the mountain resort of Jackson Hole, WY, Amangani is set to close its doors on April 7, 2025, for an extended period of renovation work. Amangani will reopen in summer 2026 with new rooms, wellness facilities and upgrades to public spaces and restaurants.

As part of the renovation, every guestroom will be meticulously refurbished, with the larger categories benefiting from new suite facilities like upgraded soaking tubs, fireplaces and ample seating. Harnessing its hillside setting to meet the needs of the modern traveler, the spa and fitness areas will see the addition of more treatment rooms, with holistic wellness and active zones connecting the indoors to outdoors. Dining venues and social spaces will also be carefully renewed and expanded.

Throughout the transformation, the design will continue to honor the property's original architecture by Ed Tuttle. Amangani’s refreshed esthetic will continue to blend with the rugged terrain of the Grand Tetons both inside and out with fireplaces, lofty ceilings and natural materials connecting guests to the landscape.

Having encouraged outdoor adventure and immersion in Wyoming’s wilderness since 1998, the resort is renowned as an all-season retreat, the spirit of the Old West celebrated in its redwood and sandstone architecture.

Amangani will close on April 7, 2025, reopening in summer 2026. Further details of the renovation and a confirmed opening date will be shared in due course.
