Private island resort Ambergris Cay officially opened December 1. Located on the southernmost end of the Bahama Archipelago in Turks & Caicos, the property has 10 private, beachfront suites, each offering 24-hour butler service.
Ambergris Cay is a luxury all-inclusive resort located on a three-mile long private island. The property provides visitors with complimentary air transfers from Providenciales International Airport (PLS). After an 18-minute private plane flight, guests arrive at Ambergris Cay, where a dedicated butler takes over to ensure all guests’ needs are met.
Being an all-inclusive resort, Ambergris Cay’s nightly price covers the cost of most anything a guest would need, including gourmet meals, premium drinks, en-suite dining, resort activities, a 30-minute daily spa treatment, water sports (such as kayaking, sailing and snorkeling), golf cart use, bikes and more. Guests can dine at the island’s restaurant or, for a more adventurous option, be dropped off on a deserted island for a catered lunch.
Each of the 10 Beachfront Suites provides beach and ocean views. The accommodations offer high ceilings, an ocean-facing king bed, a large wrap-around veranda, a wet bar, an outdoor shower and more. Should guests want a break from their personal private plunge pool, they can visit the resort’s pool and bar area.
