Beach Enclave Turks & Caicos, a collection of 27 private villas spread across three beachfront communities, has appointed three industry veterans to oversee the operations, marketing and sales efforts of this growing luxury villa-resort brand.
“I am incredibly proud of our team’s success over the past year, and as a result, I am delighted to announce the promotion of Grant Noble to chief operating officer,” said Beach Enclave Founder and CEO Vasco Borges. “Additionally, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Teri Merritt as vice-president of marketing and sales. Together with our newly promoted Executive Director of Sales Keyona Coward, who has been instrumental to our success, Teri will help take our marketing and sales achievements to even further heights.”
Noble, who was previously group director of operations, is a hotelier with 30 years of experience. He recently served as general manager of Seven Stars Resort and Spa, executive director at Sailrock Development, general manager of COMO Parrot Cay and general manager of The Ritz Carlton, Jamaica. Prior to those tenures, he served as general manager of various properties in the Bahamas and the U.K.
As the newly appointed vice president of marketing and sales, Merritt will drive efforts to elevate awareness for this growing luxury villa-resort brand. She successfully led and re-invented the branding, marketing, digital and sales distribution efforts in the hospitality industry for brand marketing and e-commerce for the company’s Americas Continental division.
Overseeing Beach Enclave’s sales initiatives, Coward, executive director of sales, has been with the Beach Enclave team since 2015, when she joined as resort manager. Her hospitality experience also includes positions as revenue manager with Parrot Cay Resort & COMO Shambhala Retreat in Turks & Caicos, and assistant general manager at Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton, New York.
