Sarah Fragoso and Dr. Brooke Kalanick, known for their Better Everyday health podcast will be bringing their teachings to The Cove, Eleuthera in the Bahamas October 19-23, 2017.
The luxury resort is offering a five-day/four-night luxury retreat the company says will teach guests:
- The recipe for a better relationship with food
- The root cause of their lack of energy
- How to tame the stress monster
- Mind/Body hacks for health
- Individualized program of what works for you
The retreat includes accommodations, nightly dinners, snacks, swag bag and all taxes and tips.
Fragoso is popular for her Paleo brand. She is also the author of six books and is a wellness coach. Dr. uses her naturopathic and functional medicine background and focuses on female hormone issues.
The Cove, Eleuthera, is an island retreat located on 40 acres on the northern end of the Bahamian island of Eleuthera, facing the Caribbean Sea. The 60-room resort is just 45-minutes by air from South Florida. The resort houses multiple suites and villas as well as restaurant and sushi bar Gregory Town Grill, an open-air sunset bar, hilltop infinity pool, two private beaches, fitness center and an array of recreational amenities including snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking. Guests can also charter fishing and island excursions, scuba diving, water sports and horseback riding.
