Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort on Florida’s Gulf Coast is accepting reservations ahead of its debut in October 2025. This newest addition to the Four Seasons Florida collection is set on 1,000 feet of white sand beach in the heart of Old Naples.
As the only Four Seasons on the Gulf Coast, the hotel sits on the site of the former Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, and within the larger 125-acre Naples Beach Club residential and golf resort. In addition to the 57-key hotel, the development houses 58 condominiums in three new beachside residential buildings and 95 condominiums in five course-side residential buildings with views of The Gardens—a newly designed 18-hole golf course by Tom Fazio, opening in 2026.
Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort offers 220 accommodations, including 57 suites and 153 luxury residences. Guestrooms include carved teak consoles, an in-room minibar, walk-in closets, ocean-facing terraces, and more. The resort also gas five dining venues including The Merchant Room by two-time James Beard Award-winning Chef Gavin Kaysen; it will serve Gulf Coast flavors and seasonal New American menus prepared with French techniques.
A local favorite, HB’s will return with a fresh new look to welcome a new generation of guests. It is named after Henry B. Watkins, the founder of the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club. The oceanfront restaurant will offer a menu of freshly caught local seafood and regionally sourced cuisine. Sunset Bar will also return, offering tropical cocktails and a Latin-influenced menu.
The new Market Square will serve as a gathering place for guests and residents at the heart of the 125-acre resort. It is home to the Naples Trading Company for grab-and-go treats and picnic supplies, alongside an array of entertainment spanning all ages. The range of options includes a private screening room, regulation four-lane bowling alley, a professional putting green and a game room. The resort’s 30,000-square foot bi-level wellness center, Sanctuary Spa, comprises a thermal circuit, rooftop lap pool and a fitness facility. Market Square also offers a choice of flexible open-air and covered event spaces as well as the resort’s fully supervised Fins Club for Kids. Additionally, The Wager, a sports gastropub is slated to open in 2026.
Catching the sunset aboard the resort’s 34-foot classic Hinckley Picnic Boat is an experience exclusively reserved for guests. There are also two pools surrounded by private cabanas and loungers, including one with a splash area. Nearby attraction include the Everglades National Park, Corkscrew Sanctuary, Opera Naples, the Naples Philharmonic, Naples Zoo, Naples Botanical Gardens and the Golisano Children’s Museum.
