Opening this December, The Bulgari Resort & Residences Dubai will offer new luxury accommodations to the UAE city. Located on the manmade Jumeirah Bay, an island shaped like a seahorse and adjoined by a 300-meter bridge to central Dubai coastline, the property aims to serve as an "urban oasis," for both visitors and residents.
Designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel (the Italian architectural firm that has created all the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts), the 1.7-million-square-foot property is a first-of-its-kind development for Bulgari, both in scale and magnitude. Offering European-inspired gardens and pools blended with shores of the Arabian Gulf, the complex is made up of the Resort, six residential buildings with 173 sea-facing apartments, 15 private mansions, and Bulgari’s first-ever Marina and 50-boat Yacht Club.
The Bulgari Resort houses 101 rooms and suites, as well as 20 Bulgari villas with pool, garden and sea views. Many rooms offer beach or skyline views. For the ultimate luxury experience, book the Bulgari Villa, the largest on the property. It has an oval pool, 5,300-square-foot garden, wooden terrace, private home cinema, indoor Jacuzzi, and hammam.
The property has five restaurants and bars including Il Ristorante – Niko Romito with classic Italian fare and La Spiaggia, located outside by the beach offering guests a variety of international food and drinks during the day and a beach club at night.
Guests can also enjoy the 18,000-square-foot Spa with hammam, indoor pool, fitness center, beauty salon with a traditional barbershop and hairdresser.
