Canyon Ranch has now opened reservations for stays beginning on November 1, for their newest brand extension, Canyon Ranch Wellness Retreat – Woodside. The company’s first retreat model sits among the Redwood forest in Woodside, California with 14 guest rooms in the main retreat lodge and encircled by 24 treehouses atop a 16-acre picturesque landscape.
Canyon Ranch Wellness Retreat – Woodside offers a range of multi-day, intention-based Signature Retreat programs, as well as Featured Retreats that will be hosted by a curated selection of expert guests. The three Signature Retreats include:
Connect: Disconnect to Reconnect
This four-night, five-day retreat allows guests to immerse themselves in nature, quiet the mind and deeply reconnect with person, place and the self. The “Connect” retreat embraces creativity while allowing participants to connect with like-minded individuals to discover purpose and passion for life. Guests will engage in activities like forest bathing to engage the senses and establish a connection with the outdoors. Guests will find renewed clarity with reflective time, nurturing activities and focused wellness discussions.
Recharge: Reach your Human Potential
“Recharge” allows guests to play hard and challenge their physical abilities during their three-night, four-day stay, while gaining the tools to stay healthier, longer. This stay incorporates restorative treatments, classes and activities, such as Tai Chi workshops and outdoor fitness classes.
Reset: Custom Stay
“Reset” offers a solution for guests that need a quick reboot, allowing them to hand select their own wellness experience, working directly with a Canyon Ranch advisor to create a custom program that fits their needs.
In addition to these themed retreats, guests will have the ability to select from daily fitness classes, meditation sessions, nature walks, creative expression courses, wellness talks and more, while enjoying the use of The Training Zone gym and The Hearth restaurant. Specialty treatments at the Canyon Ranch spa, private consultations, testing and assessments with nutritionists, physiologists, spiritual wellness providers and coaches, and other services will also be available to allow for a more customized experience.
Lastly, a nutritious breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. The daily rotating menus, curated by executive chef Isabelle Jackson Nunes, will include California cuisine with international inspiration.
