COMO Shambala at COMO Parrot Cay has announced its Well of Grace retreat will be hosted at the Turks and Caicos resort November 4 – 10, 2018. The retreat is intended to help guests reflect on changes that they “promise [them]selves” regularly, whether that’s to “quit bad habits, live in the present [or to] be a better person.”
The Well of Grace retreat will be led by renowned yoga instructor Elena Brower. Guests will enjoy five days of guided yoga sequences and meditation, with a clear focus on self-awareness and self-discovery. The ultimate goal of the workshop is to inspire change that can be adopted in the guests’ daily lives.
Brower, who has been practising yoga since 1998, is known her blend of alignment and attention in her teaching of yoga and meditation. A sample workshop day includes breakfast, Asana yoga, meditation and journaling with Elena, lunch, leisure time, yin, restoratives and pranayama yoga sequences, and then dinner and more leisure time.
The Well of Grace retreat includes:
- Six nights’ accommodations at COMO Parrot Cay
- Five days of yoga instruction (three-and-a-half hours daily)
- Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner from the COMO Shambhala Cuisine menu
- One 60-minute COMO Shambhala Massage
