Corinthia Hotels and Dubai General Properties have announced their partnership on a landmark hotel and residential development in the heart of Dubai. The development is slated for completion by 2030.
Set within a two-tower structure on the Sheikh Zayed Road near the Museum of the Future, the development will be more than 1,640 feet high. Sporting a contemporary architectural style, it will be conjoined by a cantilevered sky lobby extending over 656 feet above the ground.
The new development will showcase the luxury Corinthia Dubai, alongside Corinthia-branded serviced penthouses and apartments. The towers will provide vistas of the Sheikh Zayed Road skyline, Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach. The pièce de resistance will be the world’s highest outdoor sky pool, soaring over 1,640 feet with 360-degree views.
The ballroom and event spaces will frame views of Jumeirah Beach, while five restaurants and bars will offer up sea and city vistas. The development will include multiple rooftop pools, including private pools for penthouses and select residences. A private members’ club and lush green spaces will offer a rare sanctuary in the city, enhancing air quality and well-being.
Guests and residents will have exclusive access to Corinthia Wellness, a spa experience with indoor and outdoor pools, cutting-edge fitness equipment, personal trainers and a team of health and well-being experts. The development will be accessed by four distinct entry points enabling fluid movement of traffic.
