Dorchester Collection has announced the appointment of Philippe Leboeuf as its chief executive officer, taking over the role this June.
A seasoned hotelier, Leboeuf has experience across regional roles in the luxury sector on multiple continents. Dorchester Collection expects to gain from his strategic vision, leadership, expertise in operations and organizational culture, and his extensive experience with new openings.
Leboeuf has been director general of Concorde Hotels, owned by Taittinger, where he oversaw 19 owned and 70 affiliated hotels. Additionally, he was a board director of Leading Hotels of the World and has held many other senior leadership positions such as regional vice president of operations for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, vice president operations for Rosewood and general manager of Claridge’s. In his most recent position, as managing director of Raffles London, he oversaw the successful opening of the hotel.

A graduate of Cornell University and HEC Management School in Paris, Leboeuf is fluent in four languages: English, French, Italian and Spanish. In addition, he was awarded the Knight of the Legion of Honour by the French government.
