The Dunlin, Auberge Resorts Collection celebrates Southern cooking across its dining venues. Linnette’s, the hotel’s signature restaurant, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It showcases the heritage of Johns Island with familiar coastal cuisine prepared in an open kitchen. Nestled just beneath is Willet Room, the resort’s riverside lounge bar serving iced tea, all-day bites, cocktails and rare whiskeys. Alternatively, The Cove is a 1950s-inspired beach club offering year-round dining. Guests can enjoy lunch classics and cocktails while lounging in private cabanas. Sunbathers can expect deliveries of boozy popsicles, a roving snow cone cart or a visit from a poolside oyster shucker.
