The Estate Yountville, a 22-acre property in the Napa Valley wine region, has appointed Marc Adrar and Jeri Salazar as general manager and vice president of marketing, respectively.
Originally from Paris, Adrar’s decade-long career is steeped in global hospitality management, and includes multiple roles across luxury brands, including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Westin Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Worldwide, besides additional experience with Royal Caribbean International and Norwegian Cruise Line. In his new role as general manager, Adrar is at the forefront of operational updates set to take place across the property through 2023.
Born and raised in Northern California, Salazar joins The Estate Yountville team as vice president of marketing. A seasoned professional with more than two decades of experience, her prior experience includes Preferred Hotels & Resorts and Walt Disney Resorts & Parks. Salazar’s expertise includes the development and execution of integrated marketing and sales plans, with an emphasis on brand vision and campaign development. In her new role, Salazar aims to bring a new voice to the property, developing a refreshed sense of place for guests while visiting one of the most sought-after destinations within Wine Country.
