Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, in partnership with real-estate development corporation Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), has announced plans for the multimillion dollar expansion of its portfolio in Egypt, with the addition of new hotels, residential offerings and property enhancements.
The brand will launch Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Cairo Capital at Madinaty and Four Seasons Hotel Luxor, besides making additions to Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Sharm El Sheikh.
Expected to open in 2025, Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Cairo Capital at Madinaty is set within the Madinaty development on 460 acres of parkland. The property will have 346 guestrooms and suites, while the Private Residences will comprise 107 villas and 80 luxury residences. The villas will range from 7,761 to 19,881 square feet with six configurations, offering such amenities as rooftop gardens and private pools; the luxury residences will range from 2,379 to 7,212 square feet with five configurations.
F&B options include a waterfront restaurant, in addition to several private dining, al fresco, international and Egyptian-inspired outlets. Other facilities include a spa, fitness center, and a range of multi-sport courts.
Also expected to open in 2025, Four Seasons Hotel Luxor will house 200 guestrooms and suites, each with views of the Nile River, the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens. The hotel will be located just south of the Luxor Temple, which dates to 1400 B.C. Facilities include multiple F&B outlets, spa, fitness facility, pools, luxury retail, a “Kids For All Seasons” program, a young adults center, and meeting and event spaces totaling 14,000 square feet.
The expansion project at Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Sharm El Sheikh includes the addition of 69 Private Residences to the existing collection of 77. The properties will offer sea views and more than 3,200 feet of private beachfront. Residents will have access to the amenities and offerings of the newly expanded resort, including 12 culinary concepts, tennis courts, a golf course and fitness facilities.
The additions will comprise 25 villas and 44 chalets ranging from 2,100 to 2,600 square feet. The two-bedroom en-suite chalets will have large living spaces and private pools. The four-bedroom villas will have a total gross area of7,650 square feet and offer sea views, private pools and open-air entertaining setups. With just two in the collection, the five-bedroom villas will be custom designed to the owner’s discretion and offer views of the Red Sea.
