Four Seasons Hotel Seattle has opened its newly redesigned Presidential and Governor’s Suites, following a multimillion-dollar renovation. The project also encompassed 10,500 square feet of meeting and event space.
The hotel, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary this November, offers 147 guestrooms, including 13 suites. For the suite renovation, Four Seasons enlisted Los Angeles-based Wimberly Interiors, who also designed the guestroom refresh in 2019.
On the hotel’s 10th floor, the one-bedroom Presidential Suite includes a spacious living room, dining room for 10, original works on loan from private collections and a built-in fireplace. Additional amenities include a mini kitchen, bar seating for three and fitness studio, besides waterfront views of ferries, Seattle Great Wheel and Olympic Mountains from windows that span the entire suite. Located on the ninth floor, the Governor’s Suite includes a living room and dining room connected by a double-sided fireplace, as well as a bedroom with floor-to-ceiling views of Elliott Bay. The dining room seats six.
In the main ballroom, a favorite location for weddings, celebrations and C-level events, received an update to its color palette. The adjacent foyer is a spacious pre-event space with the same Seattle waterfront views as the ballroom. Chic and intimate, the Sycamore, Cypress, Maple and Birch meeting spaces have natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. Cypress and Sycamore face Pike Place Market, while Birch and Maple, boardroom-size spaces, face Seattle Art Museum.
