Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and 706 Mission Street Co LLC will partner to create the hotel company’s fourth standalone private residence. When it debuts in 2020, Four Seasons Private Residences at 706 Mission Street, San Francisco will comprise two towers and offer over 140 residences.
The project is the latest in Four Seasons’ standalone Private Residences collection, which began with its Private Residences at Twenty Grosvenor Square in London and has continued with similar developments in Los Angeles and Marrakech. The company’s planned development will complement the neighboring Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences San Francisco.
The new residences will occupy two neighboring buildings. 706 Mission Street Co LLC will build and develop the main, 45-story, tower. Next door, the same company will refurbish the historic 10-story Aronson Building, which dates back to 1903.
When the new buildings debut, it will offer residences that range from 2,800 to over 4,000 square feet, with two to four bedrooms each. On the building’s fifth floor, residents will have access to a fitness center, a lounge with a bar and fireplace and a landscaped outdoor terrace.
Located within the city’s cultural center, the property will be located close to several cultural destinations, including the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the Contemporary Jewish Museum and the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. On its ground floors, the Private Residences will host its own cultural museum.
