Grace Bay Resorts officially launched sales for Rock House, the first residential resort located on Turks and Caicos' Providenciales' north shore. This project follows on the heels of several successful resort and residential developments by Mark Durliat, Grace Bay Resorts developer, such as the award-winning Grace Bay Club, the company’s flagship property.
The new resort will have 41 studio suites and one- and two-bedroom cottages ranging from 600 to 1,750 square feet. Four additional four- and five-bedroom single-family estates will be offered for sale in the second phase.
Rock House's free-standing, one- and two-bedroom cottages will include personal plunge pools, private outdoor terraces, bathrooms with outdoor private shower gardens, 13-foot vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors. Studio suites, all with private terraces, will overlook the resort's 100-foot infinity pool. Additional resort amenities include a spa, fitness center, multiple tennis courts and jogging trails.
The first phase of Rock House is slated to be finished in 2020, with a second phase of homes to follow. Once completed, buyers will enjoy inclusion in the resorts’ exclusive rental program, managed by Grace Bay Resorts.
