Mexican luxury hotel company Hamak Hotels announced new summer deals for two of its properties, Hotel Cartesiano in Puebla and Mukan Resort in the Sian Ka’an Biosphere. Located in two very different UNESCO World Heritage sites, the resorts offer two unique landscapes.
Hotel Cartesiano is found within the historic town of Puebla, known for its colonial architecture and cultural heritage. Mukan Resort is tucked inside the Sian Ka’an Biosphere, a wildlife preserve with mangroves, islets and beaches that have not yet been fully explored.
In Puebla, Hotel Cartesiano is offering two deals, one of which is tailored towards couples, with the other designed for families.
The Hot Air Balloon Flight package includes accommodations for two nights, daily breakfast at the hotel and a romantic hot air balloon ride. Guests will travel to the central Mexican highlands and see the Hacienda de San Francisco Soltepec. There, they will step into a hot air balloon for views of the fields, forests, historic sites and in the distance, Puebla’s con volcanoes. And, for families, the City + Culture Segway Tour package leads families through Puebla to over 30 historic sites. Sights include: the historic Zócalo; the Cathedral of Puebla; the first library in the Americas, the Palafoxian Library; the Rosary Chapel; and the antique market Barrio de los Sapos. This package includes a two-night stay and daily breakfast at the hotel restaurant, Centena Cuatro.
The Mukan Resort is offering a deal for travelling families where they can receive a second room at half off the regular season rate. Visitors will receive access to two side-by-side suites, daily yoga classes and use of kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling equipment and bikes.
