Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort Opens The Westerly, a New Boutique-Style Tower on Palm Beach

Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino has officially opened The Westerly, a 161-room boutique-style tower on Palm Beach that the ownership group is positioning as a new benchmark for premium travel on the island.

The Westerly, which has been in development for the last two years, takes its name from Aruba's east-to-west winds and is designed to layer a more intimate, personalized experience on top of the existing resort's broader amenities. Rooms and suites (all with balconies, including oceanfront accommodations with expansive terraces and select adults-only swim-up options) were designed by Jeffrey Beers International in collaboration with SB Architects, drawing on mid-century design with natural materials and locally inspired details.

Guests staying in The Westerly receive a private check-in, dedicated concierge service, and priority access to the resort's spa and beach and pool programming. In-room wellness amenities include a Best Rest Bar stocked with sleep masks and calming pillow spray. For an added fee, guests can access Terrace on 10, an adults-only rooftop with panoramic ocean views, locally inspired cuisine, craft cocktails, and a programming slate that runs from morning Pilates and guided breathing exercises to live evening entertainment.

The wider Hilton Aruba property — the first luxury resort ever built on the island — also recently opened Shore Club, a new beachfront restaurant with its own rooftop, giving the resort a claim as the only property in Aruba with three distinct rooftop experiences. The Eforea spa debuted a recent renovation as well, adding cold plunge pools and a dedicated relaxation space.

"Hilton has a long-standing legacy of creating exceptional stays in the world's most sought-after destinations, and the opening of The Westerly at Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino represents an exciting addition to our portfolio," said Hilton CEO Chris Nassetta in prepared remarks. "This debut reflects our continued focus on delivering elevated, experience-driven hospitality for today's traveler, while building on the strength and momentum of our growth across the Caribbean and Latin America."
