W Hotels Worldwide has announced the latest property in its line, W Rome. This will be the first W property in Italy. Located in the popular Via Veneto neighborhood, W Rome is expected to open in 2021.
The hotel will have 159 guest rooms and suites. On the rooftop guests will find a social location for cocktails with panoramic views of the city. The hotel will also have two restaurants, meetings and events space, a FIT workout studio and spa.
Nearby, guests will be able to visit the famous Spanish Steps and the chic boutiques, dining, and nightlife of Via Condotti.
W Rome will span two adjacent 19th century properties on Via Liguria. Originally designed for residential use, the buildings previously operated as a hotel, as well as government and private offices. The structures will be renovated and re-imagined to refresh the historic elements, while showcasing the W brand.
Additionally, guests will have access to the brand’s signature Whatever/Whenever service, delivering whatever they want, whenever they want it.
