Round Hill Hotel and Villas in Montego Bay, Jamaica, has announced the debut of its newest multi-villa estate, Villa 14. The complex actually comprises three villas and a staff building. The Main House spans 4,800 square feet across two stories; One Bedroom South offers 2,000 square feet across two levels; and the three-story Tree House spans 2,650 square feet. Each villa has high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling folding glass doors, and affords ocean and jungle views.
The interiors of Villa 14 sport custom-designed bamboo furniture, intricate millwork, four-poster beds draped in fabrics, cabinets crafted by local artisans and a collection of artwork. The Main House has three primary and three secondary bedrooms, while One Bedroom South and Tree House each include a primary and secondary bedroom. There are private kitchens in each villa, besides a main kitchen in the staff building.
Landscape architect Craig Reynolds has transformed the surroundings into an oasis, complete with secret hideaways, outdoor dining areas, palapas and secluded benches for sunset views. Each villa has a private pool and garden with outdoor showers. The Main House also offers a lap pool and a yoga platform.
Guests of Villa 14 will enjoy the services of a housekeeper, gardener and private kitchen staff. They will also have access to an onsite fitness trail, five tennis courts, a fitness center and The Spa at Round Hill.
Rates for Villa 14 are inclusive of daily breakfast, villa staff and butler service.
