Jumeirah Group is announcing that Jumeriah Beach Hotel is to reopen on October 19 following a five-month transformation program. The new Jumeriah Beach Hotel returns with a more contemporary ambiance and several new dining experiences. All 599 rooms and suites were also refurbished.
The refurbishment has been inspired by Jumeirah Beach Hotel’s location—"the sea, the sand and the hallowing sail." The result is a space that the hotel says is contemporary yet warm and welcoming, with white, gold and blue accents throughout. High above the lobby hang three kinetic art installations, recreating the movements of underwater flora, the glistening of light on water, and the glow of the sun.
The rooms and suites all have views of the Burj Al Arab. Suite amenities include complimentary breakfast, airport transfers, access to the Club Executive Lounge and Premium Leisure Club.
The place of stay also features a mix of new and old dining concepts. At the heart of the hotel, Latitude has been reimagined as Kitchen Connection, and Palm Court becomes Pearl Lounge, framed by the views of the Arabian Gulf and Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. Villa Beach, Beachcombers and Ocean Blue have been transformed into a trio of destination restaurants.
The main stretch of beach was completely rebuilt in 2017 and the main family leisure pool will continue to take center stage with an expanded swim-up bar.
