Kerzner International Holdings Limited has appointed two new executives. Mark DeCocinis will fill the role of Chief Operating Officer for One&Only Resorts as of August 1, and Stephan Killinger will take on the position as President of Mazagan Beach and Golf Resort as of July 1.
In his new role, DeCocinis will lead the strategic development of the One&Only brand, including oversight of all future developments and the operational success of all existing One&Only resorts. He has more than 25 years in the luxury hospitality segment, having held both operational and corporate senior leadership positions. His career kicked off at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company where he remained for more than 20 years.
Killinger also is a veteran of the industry with more than 25 years of experience. He has held leadership positions for a number of luxury hotel brands including Four Seasons, The Peninsula Hotels and Ritz-Carlton.
