Kimpton BEM Budapest will open in July 2024 on the Buda banks of the Danube.
Kimpton BEM Budapest is close to the city's Castle District, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site characterized by Art Nouveau architecture and lined with history museums and attractions. Budapest’s Turkish baths, representing centuries of relaxation and leisure, are nearby and no trip to the city is complete without a soak in one of these.
Designed by Marcel Wanders, Kimpton BEM Budapest was transformed from a historic 19th-century mansion to a 127-room hotel, which will include an all-day lobby-level bar and restaurant, a signature chef-driven Mediterranean restaurant, and an exclusive, ‘secret’ rooftop featuring a sky-high garden where patrons can enjoy bespoke cocktails and bites.
Kimpton BEM Budapest additionally has a 24/7 fitness center, hot tub and steam room. Event space highlights include an expansive ballroom fit to host large gatherings, alongside three more intimate venues for smaller, private meetings. Guests will also enjoy Kimpton Social, a hosted evening social hour as well as complimentary morning coffee and tea service, exclusive amenities for families and pets, a “Forgot It? We’ve Got It!” amenity program, and more.
Reservations will be available beginning August 1, 2024.
