When La Réserve Ramatuelle reopens for the season in mid-April, the five-star hotel will show off a brand-new beach club on the famous Plage de Pampelonne near Saint-Tropez.
This is the first time that the luxury Riviera hotel will open a beach club—and the setting is a stunning one. After all, the Plage de Pampelonne is arguably one of the most famous beaches in the world, dotted with equally as famous beach clubs, like Club 55, which got its start during the filming of Brigitte Bardot’s “And God Created Woman.” Sun-seekers flock to the beach, some by land and some by sea—boating from nearby Saint-Tropez and the super yachts cruising the Mediterranean waters just offshore. Bien sûr, it’s a party playground, but the beach is also a place of relaxation and beauty, classified as a “remarkable natural space” beneath the green hills of Ramatuelle.
In the midst of this sexy scene, La Réserve Ramatuelle’s new beach club will offer a restaurant and lounge chairs for soaking up the sun—cocktail in hand. There will be a complimentary shuttle for driving guests from the hotel, a 10-minute ride away. After a day on the beach, return to the quiet splendor of La Réserve Ramatuelle, a calming Mediterranean retreat. The villas—newly renovated last year—offer extra privacy and exclusivity. And there’s a Michelin-starred restaurant overlooking the sea and a spa which draws guests for both wellness and fitness programs (think boot camp, Nescens better-aging program and more).
