Lido House, an Autograph Collection hotel in Newport Beach, announced it will open this March. The 130-room resort is steps away from Lido Marina Village, the city’s marina, retail and dining hub. It will offer multiple dining options, a rooftop bar, wellness treatments, and several meeting and event spaces.
Lido House, which is set on the site of the former City Hall, includes five residential-style, three-level cottages spanning 1,300 square feet, including a rooftop patio, personal BBQ and fireplace. Each of the one-of-a-kind cottages have a distinct design created by a different local designer: Grace Blu Design, Jennifer Mehditash Design, Brooke Wagner Designer, Erica Bryen Design and Blackband Design.The hotel will have a variety of dining options. Mayor’s Table, the hotel’s signature restaurant, offers a menu of cocktails and seafood-oriented fare including a raw bar, chef’s table and open action kitchen. Topside will serve as Lido House’s rooftop bar; here, guest can enjoy champagne pairings, wines, cocktails and local brews. Finally, the Crew Coffee + Cremerie will be dishing out curated blends of coffee and classic ice creams.
Additionally, the hotel’s ocean-inspired Boost Spa will have four treatment rooms and an array of botanically oriented treatments created to reinvigorate the mind and body. The 1,500-square-foot spa includes a co-ed relaxation lounge, a retail boutique and a fitness facility with CrossFit-style equipment.
Lido House will have 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. A ballroom is the indoor centerpiece totaling 4,000 square feet, while three event lawns spanning a total of 11,000 square feet offer a venue for larger celebrations of up to 500 guests.
