The Loren Group, the team behind The Loren at Pink Beach in Bermuda, announced today the launch of the residences at The Loren at Lady Bird Lake in Austin, TX. Ten have been committed and the remaining 14 are now available for purchase. The asking price for residences ranges from $1 million to $4 million. All residences will be ready for occupancy when The Loren at Lady Bird Lake opens in spring 2022.
The residences are part of a larger hospitality and residential development: A 108-room hotel will open in spring 2022 with a rooftop restaurant, a luxury spa, gym, swimming pool and retail offerings. Meetings and event venues will have indoor and outdoor spaces. The property is located on the Colorado River (which flows into Lady Bird Lake) next to Butler Park Pitch & Putt, with the Pfluger pedestrian bridge opening up at the hotel’s front door.
Good to know: The Loren at Lady Bird Lake ofers direct access to the Butler Trail for running, biking and walking along the water. Parkland lies to the east and west, while to the south the property neighbors Zilker Metropolitan Park, a 350-acre public park and hub for recreation. The park also has a botanical garden dotted with themed gardens and pathways.
As for those residences: Available from two-to four-bedrooms, each will have direct-to-unit elevator access into a private foyer for each unit. With triple-height windows, each residence will also have private outdoor terraces with views of the city skyline. Full kitchens are to be arrayed with stainless steel appliances, as well as a separate bar with built-in wine storage. Additional amenities include oversized bathrooms with double sinks and spacious closets. Each residence includes reserved parking, with climate-controlled storage units available for purchase.
