The Lux Collective’s LUX* South Ari Atoll in the Maldives has unveiled its newly refurbished Water Villas. Inspired by the resort’s surroundings, the villas now showcase a refreshed color palette with light blues, soft nudes and neutral tones. The refurbished villas include new furnishings such as ombre curtains and woven patterns on the headboards and chairs, showcasing traditional craftsmanship. The interior décor incorporates plants, fostering a deeper connection to nature.
Each of these Water Villas comes with a bathroom with a bathtub overlooking the lagoon, allowing guests to take in views of the surroundings. The outdoor terrace is furnished with a sofa and daybed, besides an overwater net, perfect for lounging or reading a book. Direct access to the lagoon via a stairway invites guests to snorkel and discover the vibrant marine life, just steps away.

Guests at LUX* South Ari Atoll can enjoy a variety of activities including bicycle rides along the jetty, swimming alongside whale sharks while being guided by a marine biologist, contributing to marine conservation efforts or simply relaxing in the overwater villas. In addition, guests can embark on culinary adventures at any of the eight restaurants and five bars, as well as enjoy a range of beauty and body treatments performed by therapists at the LUX* ME Spa.
