Inn at Perry Cabin, a waterfront resort located on Maryland’s Chesapeake Bay, reopened on June 4. With the reopening of the resort, Inn at Perry Cabin introduced new cleaning procedures, mandatory protocols, limited capacity and new offerings.
New health and safety protocols include all staff members going through training on cleaning, sanitization and safety protocols. To that note, Inn at Perry Cabin has implemented new housekeeping services and deep cleaning of all spaces, including increased frequency of cleaning and sanitizing of all high-traffic areas and touchpoints. Hand sanitizer stations will also be available throughout the property. In addition, face masks are required to be worn by all guests and staff while indoors.
Note: For the duration of the guest’s visit, daytime service and turndown service are available upon request.
Inn at Perry Cabin will open with reduced inventory. Initially, for the month of June, the Inn will only be open Thursday to Monday. The Inn has also extended its guest services pre-visit service to include pre-registration and payment details, reducing the need for welcome interactions. Guests will be handed a sealed key packet upon arrival.
Tip: Be sure to dine on Maryland Blue Crab or new menu items featuring the day’s catch (fresh rockfish, crab and oysters) paired with seasonal vegetables picked from the Inn’s garden or neighboring farms at the STARS restaurant and Purser’s Pub. In addition to reduced outdoor seating capacity that allows for six feet between each seated party, both dining venues will also have pre-arranged reserved seating times. Guests will also be able to enjoy three seasonal private dining options, including a converted greenhouse with seating area and dining for two and the Pointe Gazebo for up to four guests.
Inn at Perry Cabin offers guests championship golf, tennis, sailing adventures and other nautical activities. These amenities will be available to guests by reservations only, following social distancing mandates and increased cleaning procedures. Complimentary outdoor activities also include kayaking, biking, and paddle boarding, as well as the resorts rich and diverse activities program. The pool will be open at reduced capacity and seating has been rearranged to provide ample space for social distancing.
Inn at Perry Cabin is welcoming guests back with several special offers as well as flexible cancellation policies:
- Escape to Perry Cabin, Your Getaway By the Bay, which includes one breakfast and one dinner.
- “Skip the Bridge” and arrive by the Hinckley Yacht with a round-trip cruise for two across the Chesapeake Bay; includes one breakfast, one dinner and a Champagne Toast and reception onboard (two-night minimum).
