The Naples Grande Beach Resort is getting a new flag. Hilton has signed the 474-room Gulf Coast property, which will debut as Signia by Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort on January 1, 2027, following the largest renovation in the resort's nearly 40-year history. Reservations are open now on Hilton channels.
The deal gives the Signia brand its first outpost on Florida's Gulf Coast and its third in the state overall, alongside Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood.
The property-wide overhaul touches guestrooms and suites (50 of the resort's keys are villas), dining, wellness, and event space. What isn't changing is the real estate: three miles of beachfront threaded with the mangroves of Clam Pass, a short hop from downtown Naples and Waterside Shops. Post-renovation, the resort will offer a luxury spa, multiple pools, championship tennis, and a mix of indoor and outdoor venues for groups of varying sizes.
"We're looking forward to welcoming Naples Grande Beach Resort into the Signia Hilton portfolio, marking an exciting step in our strong brand growth and continued expansion into premier resort destinations," said Meghan Fitzgerald, global brand leader for Signia by Hilton. "Naples is one of Florida's most coveted coastal destinations, and this resort provides an exceptional backdrop for the hallmarks of the Signia Hilton experience, offering guests a distinctive setting to connect, celebrate, discover and immerse themselves in the best of Florida's Gulf Coast."
The resort has been a Naples fixture since the late 1980s, and its leadership is framing the conversion as an evolution rather than a reinvention.
"For generations, guests have chosen Naples Grande for its extraordinary setting, expansive amenities and genuine sense of hospitality," said Gary Sims, managing director of Signia by Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort. "As we join Signia Hilton, we're building on that legacy with a thoughtfully reimagined resort that offers even more opportunities to relax, celebrate and connect."
To mark the debut, guests booking stays of three nights or more between January 15 and July 15, 2027 will earn an extra 5,000 Hilton Honors points. The resort will participate in Hilton Honors upon opening.
