Katikies Resorts & Club, a collection of luxury boutique hotels in Santorini and Mykonos, is set to debut its first family-friendly hotel June 15. Katikies Garden will open in Santorini as the first five-star hotel and only member of Katikies' portfolio offering families a luxe option.
Set in an old Catholic Monastery, Katikies Garden will have Venetian architecture while showcasing a contemporary design. The hotel will include 40 rooms and suites, each with its own private garden or veranda, while some will boast a sea view, pool or hot tub. Other amenities includes a rooftop pool, a signature restaurant, De Paul, which offers Mediterranean cuisine, a spa that offers exclusive membership perks as part of the Katikies Club, and shopping in Mo’s Fashion Boutique. For families, there are also kid-friendly amenities, such as special dining menus, turn-down service with kids robes, slippers and bath amenities, as well as pool toys and a daycare.
Located in the heart of Kira, Santorini’s capital, Katikies Garden is walking distance to several island attractions, including museums, wineries, cathedrals and historical landmarks. The hotel also represents the sixth Katikies Resorts & Club hotel in Santorini, joining Katikies Hotel, Katikies Villas, Kirini, Chromata and Sun Rocks Boutique Hotel. The portfolio also includes two hotels in Mykonos, including Katikies Mykonos, with annex villas slated to open this summer, as well as Kirini My Mykonos Retreat.
