The package, which starts at $1,035 a night, offers both physical activities as well as relaxing amenities. Guests stay in one of over 400 oceanfront rooms or suites.
Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort is located on 1,350 acres with over 3.5 miles of private beach. According to the company, the resort has the largest pool deck in Northeast Florida: a tiered pool with a fire pit and adults-only infinity section; on the bottom tier is another fire pit and family-friendly pools.
Located near the bottom pool is a new Oceanside bar and grill that offers pool-goers food and drinks. There are nine on-site dining locations to choose from. Restaurants range from the casual Seaglass lounge which offers cocktails and small plates on the patio, to The Sprouting Project, run by a state-of-the-art hydroponic greenhouse that provides ingredients directly to the resort’s hotels. There’s also a steakhouse, café, French bistro, and pizza place.
There are 54 holes of championship golf available for guests to tee off. The on premise tennis courts have been ranked number one by “Tennis Resorts Online.” The program operates all year and caters to all levels. Private and group lessons are available.
