Earlier today, Brown Beach House Croatia of the Brown Hotels Group announced an array of new additions to its oceanfront luxury boutique property in Trogir. Among these upgrades are all new spa offerings, a revamped Cartina restaurant menu, a private beach club and 16 additional luxury suites for the remainder of the summer and into the early fall season.
The newly updated menu at Cartina Restaurant highlights Mediterranean-inspired seafood delicacies with a Croatian twist, such as charcoal-grilled calamari, sea bass sashimi, local artisan prosciutto, fresh burrata, grilled shrimp, “40 Yolks” fettucine with truffle, charcoal-grilled langoustines, dry-aged beef fillet, aged veal minute steak, and an aged prime rib burger.
As for the new spa offerings, the resort’s full-service spa now offers their signature full-body Mediterranean Relax Massage, a partial Energizing Massage and a De-Stress Face, Neck and Hands treatment.
The 41-room and suite property is also adding 16 additional luxury suites, each overlooking the private pool deck with views of the Croatian coast along the Adriatic Sea and the old town of Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The rooms are located in a restored 20th century edifice that once housed Duhanka, a landmark tobacco storage facility.
The hotel interior, beach club and pool were all developed by famous designer Saar Zafrir. The interior infuses a calm, natural color palette and wooden tones evocative of coastal relaxation into an arrangement composed of contemporary furniture and vintage pieces. Local Mediterranean flora and succulents are sprinkled throughout the property. The hotel’s library—a Brown Hotels Group signature—also carries out this motif.
