Marriott International and Eagle Hills announced they will partner on creating The St. Regis Tamuda Bay, the luxury brand’s first entry in Morocco. The new hotel will be a part of La Bahia Blanca, a lifestyle resort development from the Abu Dhabi-based Eagle Hills.
The beach hotel will include 100 guestrooms and suites that offer unobstructed sea views. For food, guests will be able to head to the property’s specialty restaurant, an all-day dining restaurant and a St. Regis Bar inspired by the brand’s original King Cole Bar in New York. Amenities at The St. Regis Tamuda Bay will include a spa, pool and fitness center.
Eagle Hills is developing La Bahia Blanca to be an exclusive lifestyle resort. Located on the Moroccan coast, the property will also have beachfront residential villas, high-end leisure facilities, beach access and more.
St. Regis Hotels & Resorts operates 40 luxury hotels around the world. Its parent company, Marriott International, possesses a portfolio of 6,700 properties, spread across 30 hotel brands, with locations in 130 countries and territories.
Eagle Hills, based in Abu Dhabi, is a private real estate investment and development company that focuses on developing new city hubs in growing international markets. Currently it is developing mixed-use projects in Morocco, Bahrain, Jordan, Serbia and the United Arab Emirates.
