Noble House Hotels & Resorts, a family-owned boutique hotel brand, has added the Chatham Inn—Cape Cod, MA's only Relais & Châteaux property—to its portfolio of properties. The prior owner and now co-owner of this property, Jeff Ippoliti, has chosen Noble House to co-own and manage the property, bringing the total number of North America luxury hotels, resorts, and experiences within the Noble House brand portfolio to 24.
A Relais & Châteaux member since 2019, Chatham Inn is located in the center of the small seaside town on a quaint street with unique shops. The oldest continuously operating inn on Cape Cod, this luxury boutique inn was built in 1830 and each of the hotel’s 18 guestrooms and suites have been newly refurbished with high-end furnishings and textiles. Many of the rooms have fireplaces and luxury bathroom amenities such as rain showers and soaking tubs.
Chatham Inn is also just a short walk from the beach. Guests can experience over 40 miles of National Seashore and 60 different beaches, as well as great areas for biking, boating, fishing and golfing. Good to know: The inn has also partnered with the Volvo test drive program to offer guests a scenic drive for their day trips around the cape in a new Volvo XC90 Inscription luxury SUV.
As well, Chatham Inn houses the intimate fine dining restaurant, Cuvée, headed by Executive Chef Isaac Olivo. The venue showcases “globally inspired, locally acquired” modern cuisine. Cape Cod’s only Relais & Châteaux restaurant, Cuvée serves four- and seven-course tasting menus as well as 32 fine wines by the glass and more than 350 by the bottle. The restaurant also offers a Chef’s Table experience along with seasonal special dining events.
