Ayana Segara Bali has officially opened its doors. It is the brand’s fourth property inside the 222-acre integrated Ayana Estate in Jimbaran, joining a trio of hotels, including Ayana Villas Bali, Ayana Resort Bali and Rimba by Ayana Bali. The new property brings an indoor-outdoor concept that blends the living areas with the panoramic views of Jimbaran Bay and the Indian Ocean, and the Ayana Estate forest.
In all, there are 205 rooms and suites. Guestrooms range from 624-699 square feet, and the hotel’s four suites offer 1,001 square feet of space. Each room includes indoor and outdoor spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies or terraces complete with daybeds. Each room has a living space, dining areas and a large walk-in wardrobe, while bathrooms include oversized oval bathtubs and marble rain showers.
Ayana Segara Bali offers two-bedroom Ocean View Suites for guests traveling in family-sized groups, combining two suites with a single entry and designated foyer at a total of 1,432 square feet. The suites offer living and dining areas that can accommodate up to six persons.
Guests can also expect three restaurants. The dining experience starts near the main pool, where Karang is located. The 194-seat all-day dining restaurant offers a menu of Pan-Asian, local and western breakfast buffets and tapas-style plates of Chinese and Italian cuisine. Karang features an alfresco dining space and a contemporary environment. The new Mediterranean restaurant, Medi, offers a range of fresh salads, pasta, seafood and wine. Situated at the highest point at Ayana Segara Bali, Luna offers sunset views. The menu features farm-to-table dishes, besides a selection of Mediterranean and local tapas.
The three new dining destinations at Ayana Segara Bali join the 19 existing venues, including Rock Bar, and the newly opened Kisik Lounge and Seafood Restaurant.
The resort offers an indoor-outdoor main pool, as well. Guests can also enjoy the rooftop pool at Luna Rooftop Bar or one of the 15 swimming pools across the Ayana Estate. The 236,806-square-foot Ayana Spa is a stone’s throw from Ayana Segara Bali and has over 53 treatment rooms. The wellness team at the spa includes a fitness trainer and health coach. Guests can opt for a range of treatments, besides Ocean Rituals at Ayana’s Spa on The Rocks, a treatment villa perched above the rock formation along the coastline surrounded by the Indian Ocean.
Deal: As part of the opening celebrations, Ayana Segara Bali is offering a 25 percent discount on stays until March 31, 2023.
