The Royal Mansour Collection has announced the opening of Royal Mansour Casablanca. Located near the Old Medina and Art Deco district, the 149-key hotel offers suites spanning up to 12,800 square feet, plus private butler service, a two-story spa, five restaurants and bars, and insider experiences ranging from street art tours to a flight above the cityscape.
Accommodations include Deluxe Rooms at 540 square feet, plus a range of duplex and triplex suites, including the two-bedroom Suite Vintage, and the 9,150-square-foot Suite Princière, complete with an elevator and private sky garden. The four-bedroom Royal Suite offers 12,800 square feet of living space, a cinema room, fitness studio, spa with hammam, and a hanging garden on the 24th floor. The private apartments located on the 16th, 17th and 18th floors are inspired by four themes—fashion, literature, music and cinema.
The hotel offers four restaurants and a ground-floor bar. La Brasserie restaurant serves French cuisine; just off the garden patio is Le Sushi Bar; La Grande Table Marocaine offers 360-degree views of the city alongside local specialties; and accessible via a suspended glass footbridge is Le Rooftop restaurant, which serves Mediterranean cuisine.
The two-story, 25,000-foot wellness center offers traditional healing therapies, body care remedies and cutting-edge treatments. The spa also houses a hammam, which comprises three rooms differing in temperature and function, along with a fifth-floor set under a glass roof. The fitness center offers à la carte classes, including Pilates and yoga, and personalized sports training. The 20th-floor Barber salon is devoted to men.
The Royal Mansour Casablanca also offers two floors of meeting and event spaces, including six meeting rooms, a ballroom that can accommodate up to 450 people, and a VIP lounge.
Guests of the Royal Mansour Casablanca can opt for tours led by a local artist or creative, who will point out some of their favorite local haunts. Guests can embark on a three-hour-long journey to discover the 30-plus street art works and murals scattered throughout the city; get a taste for culinary delights such as Sfendj donuts and Msemene flatbread on a street food tour; or enjoy a cultural tour with stops at the Notre Dame de Lourdes church, the Habous Quarter and the Art Deco district of Petit Paris. For another view of the city’s landmarks, including the Hassan II Mosque, guests can opt for a ride in a vintage Cessna Skylane aircraft.
